How it works
From First Upload to Close
How a deal runs in DiligensHub, step by step.
- Step 1
Set Up the Room
Create the deal and its room. Start from a standard folder structure and request list, then set what each group of buyers can see, folder by folder.
- Step 2
Upload and Organize
Drag in files or whole folders. The structure is kept, every item gets an index number, and Office files open as PDFs.
- Step 3
AI Review
Each document is checked as it arrives. Findings collect in Signals, and files are matched to your checklist.
- Step 4
Invite Buyers
Invite each buyer's team. They see only their own company and yours, and every page they view is stamped with their name.
- Step 5
Track and Close
See who's reading what, answer questions, and close checklist items. When the deal is done, archive the room; your team keeps read access.
