Compare Virtual Data Rooms
A virtual data room comparison built from each vendor's own public pages. Start with what your deal needs, then see what each room states it does.
What to Compare in a Data Room
Compare how each room controls access, reviews documents and runs questions. Then compare how it's priced and supported.
- AI review
- When it runs, what it checks, and whether each finding shows its page.
- Findings across documents
- Whether the room compares documents with each other, or reads one at a time.
- Viewing levels
- How many there are, and whether they're set per folder and per party.
- Watermarks
- What each page shows: the reader's name, email, IP address or the time.
- Bidder separation
- Whether competing buyers can see each other's names, activity or questions.
- Q&A
- Routing, approvals, an FAQ, and an export for the deal file.
- Request lists
- Whether a buyer's list imports, and what happens to it next.
- Download control
- Whether a downloaded copy can be revoked later.
- Sign-in
- Single sign-on, and two-step sign-in for every user.
- Pricing
- Whether prices are published, and what makes the bill grow.
- Languages and support
- Interface languages, support hours and published certifications.

How We Compare
Every competitor fact comes from that company's own public pages. We checked each one on November 4, 2026, and we check them again every quarter. We describe what each room does. We don't rank them. DiligensHub publishes this page.
Questions
- What is a VDR comparison?
- A VDR comparison sets virtual data rooms side by side on what they do. That covers access levels, watermarks, Q&A, AI review, sign-in and pricing. A fair one uses each vendor's own pages, gives the date, and says where a vendor's pages are silent.
- Which virtual data room is right for my deal?
- Start with the deal, not a feature list. List who needs access and what each party should see. Then shortlist rooms that set access per party and log every view. Test each one with a real folder before you choose.
- Where do these facts come from?
- Each competitor fact comes from that company's own website, help center or pricing page. We record the page, the date and the exact words. We don't use review sites or roundup articles. Where a company's pages don't say, the table reads "Not stated publicly".
- How often is this page updated?
- We check every competitor fact each quarter. The note under each table shows when the facts were last checked. If a company changes its pages, the table changes at the next check. We don't change a fact without a new source.
